We do not issue separate invoices other than the receipt and order confirmation you have received by email (Invoice and order). However, you can save the email  by downloading it as a PDF file using your Internet browser.

Saving your certificate to PDF in Chrome, Edge or Explorer:

1. Choose File > Print.
2. Choose Adobe PDF as the printer in the Print dialog box.
3. Click Print. Type a name for your file, and click Save. 

If you prefer to pay by invoice instead of paying directly through the website, this is also possible. Please contact us and let us know which course you would like to attend or buy, as well as your billing details. You can do this by emailing us at [email protected]  or by filling in the contact form at the bottom of this page. We will then send you an invoice and confirmation.

Yes, a certificate of completion will be automatically emailed to you after you have completed the course or workshop/webinar recording.

Are any of your courses in English qualify for credits acceptable to the EMDR association?

If courses are eligible for CPD accreditation, this is mentioned when you click on the specifics of the course. Furthermore, we also provide a certificate of completion. 

Do any of your courses in English and Dutch qualify for credits acceptable to the VEN association?

Yes, accreditation is mentioned in the detail description of each course on the website. Please note that not all workshop/webinar recordings are accredited. You will receive a certificate of completion along with the accreditation form.

Does accreditation also apply to a recording?

Some webinars recordings are accredited. Please look at the detail description of the recording on the website. For accredited webinars, accreditation forms can be requested upon full completion of the recording by sending us an email.

Are the live webinars recorded?

Yes, all registrants will also receive access to the recording, which will be shared a day after the webinar. The Dutch workshops are not recorded.

How long will I have access to the webinars after I purchase a recording?

The recordings can be watched at your own pace for up to 90 days after purchase. During this time you can watch the webinars multiple times.

Recordings refund policy

Refunds for on-demand recordings are only possible if the video has not been accessed or viewed. Once the recording has been opened, refunds are no longer eligible.

Can I get a refund or rebook a workshop, course or practicum?

Refunds and rebooking for live online workshops are subject to the following conditions:

• Up to 1 month before the workshop start date:
  You are eligible for a 100% refund.
• Between 1 month and 2 weeks before the workshop start date:
  You are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Less than 2 weeks before the workshop start date:
  No refund will be issued.
• Not showing up for the workshop means you forfeit your payment and are not eligible for a refund.

Rebooking

• Rebooking is always possible, provided the workshop has not yet started.

• A rebooking fee applies at all times.

How do I pay for the rebooking and change charges?

At check-out, please add the name of the course you would like to change and the new date you wish to attend in the “Notes about this order” field.
